      Yes, all our injection molds are guaranteed for the life cycles specified in the quotation.

* How much lead time does UnionMould require to design and create an injection mold ?

      Generally we can finish mold creation in 5 weeks after mold design is approved, big mold 8-10 weeks.

* What size of mould can you build ?

      Mold up to size of 3 meters and weight of 25 Tons.

* Can you build over-molding mould, insert mould, hot-runner mould ?

      we can build various moulds include your list.

      Hot runner systems include all brands from the world, YUDO, Mold-Master, Hasco, Mastertip, Husky...

* What about Confidentiality ? 

       We constantly strive to protect the intellectual property of our clients.

       We are happy to sign no-disclose agreements if you requires. we will not disclose any information

       of your products or company to third party without your approval.

* How about the payemtn options ?

       We normally require 40% as initial deposit, 40% after approval of the T1 sample,

       20% upon mold approval.

       These terms are negotiable depending on the specifics of the order.

* What about shipping?

     We generally provide quotes on a FOB basis.

        This means that the price we quote non-includes freight cost and import tax at your palaces.

        Shipping by air usually takes 5-7 days, ocean shipments about 3-5 weeks.
